The Council Bluffs Leadership Alumni Association supports and assists the Leadership Council Bluffs program and encourages Alumni to engage and enroll in leadership opportunities in our community by serving on boards, volunteering, assisting with service projects and staying involved in our community with a positive impact.
The Leadership Council Bluffs Alumni Association (LCBAA) was formed in 1989 after the first Leadership Council Bluffs Class graduated.
The purpose of the LCBAA is to actively pursue positive change in our community through continued community leadership development.
After graduating from Leadership Council Bluffs, each graduate a part of the Leadership Alumni Association. Annual Alumni Dues are renewed each year, or alumni can become a Life Time Member with a one-time payment.
The LCBAA also awards scholarships for both the Youth Leadership program as well as the Adult Leadership program, provides networking opportunities by hosting at least two events a year. 0n behalf of the current Leadership Class the Alumni Association hosts a Welcome Reception each fall. An Annual Meeting is held each year as well to re-cap the year, celebrate the upcoming graduation of the current Leadership Class, announce and celebrate the Alumni of the Year, and introduce the incoming Board Chair which changes over yearly.
